Brief update : The subject case was taken up before the trial at bar to continue the evidence of the second witness of the prosecution. In addition to the second witness, two other witnesses were present in court. Today, the lawyer who appeared for the 13th accused further cross examined the second witness of the prosecution. The cross examination and re examination of the second witness was concluded.
During the cross examination, the lawyer of the accused gave attention to the discrepancies of the dates and times in green colour shown on the top the CCTV footages marked by the prosecution and the dates and times indicated at the bottom of the same video clips.
