All the accused were present before the court case except for the 17th accused who has passed away.The 12th and the 13th accused were represented. All the other accused appeared in person. PW 1984 and PW 1908 were present in court.
The examination-in-chief of the witness who typed the confession of the 4th accused continued and he gave evidence about typing the statement given by the 4th accused on 04-10-2020. Subsequently, the 4th accused cross examined the witness. He questioned as to the qualifications the witness possess, the exams he has passed, the equipment in the office which he typed the statement, whether he made his notes in the P&B book and the reasons to delete the soft copy of the statement of the 4th accused.
After the 4th accused, 3rd, 5th and 9th accused also cross-examined the witness. The witness was re-examined.
The court adviced PW 1908 to be present in court on 09-03-2026.
Accordingly, the case was fixed for further trial on 09-03-2026 at 10.00am.
