All the accused, except the 13th, 14th and 23rd accused, who are attending clinic today and the 17th accused who has passed away, were present today. The 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 12th, 13th, 15th, 18th, 19th and 20th to 25th accused were represented and the others appeared in person. The main trial continued.
PW 2307 is a registrar of finger prints who has taken finger prints at Nasmila Villa, a house at Lucky Plaza, a house in Wattala and a house in Daluwakotuwa. Three finger prints were identified and many documents in his reports were marked. The witness was cross-examined.
PW 1828 is the CID officer who took the finger, palm and foot prints of the wife and daughter of Sahran. She was not cross-examined.
PW 1830 is the CID officer who took the finger prints of two accused; Mohomad Sajith and Mohomad Sanasdeen. He was cross-examined by the 9th accused. PW 1829 also a CID officer who took the finger prints of Mohomad Riskan but he was not cross-examined.
PW 1616 is a photographer in Finger Print Office who took the photos of the finger prints in Nasmila Villa and his report was marked during the proceedings. He was cross-examined.
