Today the matter got postponed as a new counsel will be appointed by the 7th Respondent. As the 7th Respondent’s new Counsel also should get the chance to object for the intervention petition the President of the Court of Appeal directed the party seeking intervention to support the intervention petition after the 7th Respondent’s Counsel file the proxy and formally enter in to the case. The interim order was also extended till the next date.
