Brief update : Today, The subject case was taken up before the trial at bar for the evidence of the fourth witness of the prosecution. At the time of the Easter Sunday attack the witness was working as the assistant manager of the company that dealt with the CCTV of a famous Hotel in Colombo where a one place that Easter Sunday bomb blast was happened. Many CCTV related technical matters were mentioned in his evidence.Two CCTV footage that already marked was shown to the witness.
Among them, two different dates and times were mentioned in one CCTV scene. The witness also testified as to what those different times and dates were.
Next dates : The case will be taken up on 1st of November 2023 at 1.00 p.m for the further evidence in chief of the fourth witness of the prosecution.
