Brief update: The subject case was taken up before the trial at Bar for the cross examination of the No.1011 witness (Front Officer ) of the prosecution. Today the counsel for the 2nd ,9th and 23rd accused further cross examined the witness and counsel for the 1st, 10th, 21st and 24th and counsel for the 5th and 16th and counsel for the 13th accused cross examined the witness. Counsels for the other accused informed the Court that they have no questions. Re-examination of the No. 1011 witness was also concluded today.
Next dates: The case will be taken up on the 14th of November 2023,15th of November 2023 and 16th of November 2023 at 1.00 p.m for further trial.
